The WorldSSP weekend at Cremona comes to a close with a historic result for Puccetti Kawasaki and all the technical partners supporting the team in the FIM Supersport World Championship.
Jeremy Alcoba won Race 2, securing his second consecutive victory of the weekend and completing an outstanding Kawasaki double at the Cremona Circuit. The result marks a new chapter in WorldSSP history: for the first time since 2020, when the championship introduced the two-race format at each round, a Kawasaki rider has won both races at the same event.
After his Race 1 victory, Alcoba once again demonstrated his speed and competitiveness in the second race. After 20 laps, the Spanish rider took victory following a hard-fought battle, bringing the Puccetti Racing Kawasaki across the finish line ahead of Albert Arenas by just 0.493 seconds.
